Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for the origination and execution of debt issuance regarding Commercial & Institutional (C&I)’s most sophisticated customers
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading Financial Institutions DCM franchise ahead of what is expected to be a period of strong growth in the sector
  • Although based in Paris, you’ll be dedicated to serving Financial Institution customers across Europe as well as the UK, Canada, and Australia covering various sectors
  • You’ll be responsible for providing bond market intelligence to our issuer clients, supporting origination, and executing primary debt market transactions, as well as providing content support to sales and trading for our investor clients. You’ll operate within a broad syndicate model that covers a variety of other sectors across the UK, Canada, and Australia
  • Travel to meet customers on a regular basis to provide market inputs and to build relationships
  • Support senior team members in the assumption and management of underwriting and distribution risk
  • Provide pricing updates and market intelligence with the assistance of senior colleagues and support end-to-end deal execution activities, including roadshows, deal terms, and execution
  • Support the management of any unsold positions, working in close partnership with Trading & Flow Sales
  • Assist with the delivery of the syndicate strategy, coverage, and budget objectives
  • Take all reasonable steps to ensure activities are in line with our policies covering conduct, operational, credit, and regulatory risks
