Yes, the focus countries include Haiti, Nigeria, Kenya, South Sudan, and Madagascar in Phase 1, and Burkina Faso, Chad, Mali, Niger, Ethiopia, Somalia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan, and Yemen in Phases 2 and 3.
