  • - Excellent communicator. Need I say more?
  • - Ability to work across different verticals (a typical day may consist of meeting with a VC in Europe, discussing geopolitics with customers and doing videos about Star Wars.
  • - Organization is paramount
  • - ...and so are your prioritization skills and organization skills. Communicating with the teams to make sure that what was important 1h ago is still top of the agenda
  • - Passion!!!!!!!! Our goal is nothing less than to transform how a security team operates and to prevent burnout. If you don’t have a passion for helping people and sharing in the relief of clients who see a manual task automated, this is not the role for you
  • - Light-speed learner. The company grows and evolves daily, and so will your role.
  • - Be okay with making mistakes. We are all learning, and mistakes are the byproduct of doing something new. Making them is part of the journey, but dwelling on them is not.
  • - Creative pragmatism. Ideas are great, but only if they can be executed
  • - Humour - it helps with all of the above 😉
  • - Ability to deal with difficult subjects. More people in our industry (cybersecurity) are on the autism spectrum than in any other industry. Being tactful and not taking things personally when a comment is direct is paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Help create and deliver marketing content to raise awareness of Phoenix security
  • Support in the development of sales & marketing assets, including customer appraisals, landing pages, merchandising customization and shipment and YouTube videos, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Event organization and coordination to help sync attendees' calendars and coordinate with organizers
  • Help organize and advertise events
  • Help coordinate local events (physical) in London and/or multiple countries
  • Tracking needs of attendees for dinners and dietary requirements
  • Help to send material to events
  • Helping coordinate with custom for package clearance for conference and marketing materials for prospect/ clients
  • Helping advertise events on LinkedIn email and other social media
  • Support the sales process by helping organize and support first-line customer requests
  • Oversee E2E customer experience by ensuring all customers are happy with the platform, coordinate new requests and prioritize with clients
  • Interacting with the wider development team for prioritization and the sales team for coordination
  • Developing documentation for support and usage of the platform
  • Develop documentation such as FAQ and usage
  • Be available for any customer queries and resolve them promptly
  • Maintain high service levels through our chat/emails, ensuring customers are always happy
  • Monitor our reviews and flag areas of improvement
  • User support and front customer-facing
