Responsibilities

  • Check-In und Check-Out unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • Bedienung der Telefonanlage
  • Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen während des Aufenthaltes
  • Gästebetreuung und Gästekorrespondenz
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Buchungen und Stornierungen in der Abwesenheit der Reservierungsabteilung
  • Kassenabrechnung, Kontrolle, Berichtswesen und Tagesabschlüsse
  • Upselling (Zimmerkategorien, Verlängerungsnächte, gastronomisches Angebot)
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten an der Rezeption
