Responsibilities

  • Optimize the flow planning for efficient internal operations
  • Support Team Leaders with resource and equipment planning.
  • Ensure all prerequisites for efficient and customer-centric operations are in place, in collaboration with the Fulfilment Integration Team.
  • Contribute to capacity planning within the unit.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure new setups and plans are adopted by relevant teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit. Ensure adherence to all safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responsible for achieving goals set by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader to support overall fulfilment operations goals.
  • Supervise daily processes in the assigned area, identify improvement potentials, and ensure daily routines are followed.
