Requirements

  • To be considered for the role, you must possess a Forklift License
  • This role requires availability to work Monday to Saturday 6am 10pm, Sunday 6am-8pm
  • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
  • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
  • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
  • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
  • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
