Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners across Guest Support, SSC, and Retail orgs to build optimal communications plans for various projects, managing multiple projects at one time.
  • Effectively deliver communications requests that are submitted to the GEC Internal Communications team, which includes liaising with partners, copyediting, formatting, and publishing.
  • Organize and synthesize information from multiple sources (e.g., email, Comms Request form, meetings, chat, youlu, etc.) into communications to support the Guest Support org, considering various audiences and outlets.
  • Build, optimize, and execute communications tailored to various new and future GEC Communications outlets (e.g., meetings, email, Teams, Zipline, etc.)
  • Reports on ongoing initiatives and communications projects.
