Responsibilities

Develop and maximize a safe, service driven, max profit, lean cost centre of excellence.
Development of the site to meet current and future business requirements.
To effectively run the depot and achieve and maximise agreed budgeted EBITA .
Actively pursue any opportunities to improve quality of process, standard of goods and enhance efficiency on site.
Responsible for the management and development of site personnel through the management and supervisory structure in place at site.
Manage people through effective appraisals, training and where necessary determine and enforce discipline and grievance policies.
Full compliance with Brenntag UK & Irelands key policy and procedures including effective safety reporting
To attend and/ or lead the Customer Complaints meetings and ensure any related / agreed corrective actions are carried out in an effective and timely manner.
Organize, Coordinate, delegate as appropriate duties and tasks pertaining to the day-to-day activities on site at Bradford.
