Responsibilities

  • A ce poste, vous êtes responsable de la gestion externalisée des absences des salariés de nos clients et de la relation client.
  • A ce titre :
  • Vous assurez le suivi des dossiers par le recouvrement des indemnités
  • Vous saisissez et suivez les données des arrêts de travail, indemnités journalières de la sécurité sociale (IJSS), indemnités journalières de la prévoyance (IJP) à l’aide des outils GTA, paie ou internes.
  • Vous analysez, suivez les remboursements et relancez les organismes
  • Vous suivez et priorisez les dossiers
  • Vous élaborez les déclarations DSN et gérez les incidents de déclaration
  • Vous générez des rapports et déployez le plan d’action
  • Vous identifiez les cas sensibles ou anomalies de production
  • Vous vous assurez de la mise à jour des procédures internes
  • Vous organisez et animez les réunions avec les prestataires pour la partie opérationnelle qui vous incombe
  • Vous proposez une assistance au client et un conseil métier
