Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the Global Accounts and regional Sales team.
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices.
  • Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams across the Consumer, Content, Product and Revenue business units to drive organizational KPIs.
  • Proactively lead product update discussions, educate global brands on TikTok’s new and existing products, and advise on best practices to drive incremental business opportunities.
  • Global Reporting & Analysis: On-going deal management and fulfilment analysis of spend, seasonality, bonus allocations and fulfillment, market participation and saturation.
  • Optimization Analysis: Internal ‒ Product Suite, Rates, Seasonality, Campaign volume, Creative Production. External ‒ Market, category and product engagement, best practices and innovation tracking, casework sharing.
  • Cross-Brand Sharing: Ensures learnings and innovation shared across the accounts and global network shared internally and across functions.
  • Analyze account performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our account and advertising offerings.
  • Collect and share marketplace feedback and guide our account strategy.
  • Support and work with the regional sales team on pre-sale research and pitch process and collateral.
