Responsibilities

  • Supports the ongoing management and refinement of user-friendly tools for file storage (existing SharePoint sites and email inboxes) and management across all Network functions
  • Assembles and shares best practices from across Cigna Healthcare International and domestic (e.g., KnowledgeXchange database, access requirements and capabilities, and tools)
  • Analyzes data and helps maintain City Strategy playbooks
  • Works with Head of Global Network Strategy to analyze existing third-party administrator (TPA) relationships and support strategic management and processes with TPAs
  • Manages database of data required for updates to presentations articulating Network strategies
  • Analyzes and coordinates with Head of Global Network Strategy updates to the PADU (Preferred, Alternatively Acceptable, Discouraged, and Unacceptable) contract language library to various Medical Services Agreement (MSA) contract templates
  • Supports Provider Segmentation & Directional Care Manager with quality reporting and material creation for implementing directional care strategies tailored to the various books of business
  • Assists with existing tools and resources, and proactively initiates the development of tools that are not available, to ensure contract compliance
  • Supports Provider Relations Lead Analyst with data analysis and project support as pertains to the Provider Relationship Management (PRM) and Provider Information Management System (PIMS) databases
  • Helps coordinate updates, translation coordination, and project management of contractual templates, terms, and contract management system
  • Provides updates to standard operating procedures and training guides
  • Other duties as assigned
