Responsibilities

  • - Take part in the development of Postgraduate General Practice and Primary Care Education throughout the West Yorkshire region of HEEYH.
  • - Work with the Deputy Head of School and other colleagues in leading the delivery of a wide range of functions to ensure the quality of training within the scheme.
  • - Direct and manage specialty training placements and rotations across Local Education Providers (LEPs) and General Practices (GP).
  • - Work with and support the Head of School in leading the delivery of a wide range of functions, aligned to the Health Education England mandate.
  • - Focus upon improvement of learner supervision, assessment and experience, engagement of faculty and ensuring effective educational outcomes, both now and in the future.
