Culture & Values

  • We’re committed to our clients and our people

Our clients trust us to do a great job. In turn, we’re able to deliver outstanding work because we trust our people. When people know they can depend on their teams to perform to a high standard, it makes it much easier to concentrate on their own role. In short, because everyone thoroughly plays their part, we’re a strong and trusted team.

  • We’re creative and realistic

There is no one-size-fits-all solution to our clients’ challenges. Our service is based on combining over 135 years of expertise and experience in new ways that make a genuine difference to projects. Through an entrepreneurial and flexible approach, we’re prepared to look outside of the norm to find the perfect answer. Working on the world’s most exciting projects means giving our clients solutions above and beyond their expectations.

  • We combine professionalism with personality

Being real is a big part of being a successful consultancy - it’s all too easy to slip into corporate waffle. Remembering that we deal with real people helps us tell it straight. Being human also means we recognise that it’s easier to produce our best work if we have the best relationships. As Building Magazine’s judging panel said, “No-one combines professionalism with personality quite like Gleeds”.
