Requirements

  • You could be working towards a Degree level qualification in a relevant subject such as Cost, Finance, Project Management or Business. However, the role doesn’t require any prior knowledge or experience in these specific areas, as you’ll learn through the programme, but you do need an analytical mind, methodical approach and a desire to positively influence project outcomes.
  • A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward.
  • Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things.
  • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and Scheduling are the processes used to determine the activities required to deliver a project, and the logical relationship between them, to provide a baseline of how the project will be delivered and how progress will be measured.
  • Working alongside Project Managers and/or Project Controls Managers, our Graduate Planning Engineers play a key role in the delivery of our service to our clients.
  • You will be trained to use specialist software to develop plans and schedule, and be responsible for gathering, sorting, analysing and presenting a wide variety of information and data, and collaborating with the other disciplines of project controls, including estimating, cost control, and risk management.
  • You will be based in our Winnersh office.
