However, the role doesn’t require any prior knowledge or experience in these specific areas, as you’ll learn through the programme, but you do need an analytical mind, methodical approach and a desire to positively influence project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and Scheduling are the processes used to determine the activities required to deliver a project, and the logical relationship between them, to provide a baseline of how the project will be delivered and how progress will be measured.
  • Working alongside Project Managers and/or Project Controls Managers, our Graduate Planning Engineers play a key role in the delivery of our service to our clients.
  • You will be trained to use specialist software to develop plans and schedule, and be responsible for gathering, sorting, analysing and presenting a wide variety of information and data, and collaborating with the other disciplines of project controls, including estimating, cost control, and risk management.
  • You will be based in our Winnersh office.
