- Commercial:
- Contribute to real projects, gaining practical skills and knowledge from experienced professionals.
- Hone your communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Play a key role in achieving our commercial objectives and contribute to the company's success.
- Support our clients within the NHS.
- Sales:
- Identifying potential clients facing challenges that your company's digital health solutions can address. This might involve attending industry events, conducting research, and utilizing lead generation tools.
- Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Client Success:
- Regularly engaging with clients, providing resources, and suggesting new features or services that align with their evolving needs.
- Partner with other teams like sales, product, and support to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Marketing:
- Assist in developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns across various digital channels (social media, email, content creation).
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities and track campaign performance.
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Research and prepare materials for sales presentations and proposals.
