Description

  • At HS2 we offer a two-year rotational graduate programme, providing you with the opportunity to stretch and challenge yourself on the largest infrastructure project in Europe. The HS2 Project Profession Graduate programme has been specifically tailored to build capability and competence in varying aspects of project and programme management. You will gain exposure to a variety of disciplines, whilst in parallel having the opportunity to gain technical qualifications. This will enable you to begin your journey towards becoming a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) of the Association for Project Management where applicable. This programme is designed around enabling you to get as much experience as possible across the project within a particular business area. We do this through ‘on-the-job’ training, technical qualifications, supported by technical expertise and project management development opportunities. After completion of the 2-year graduate programme graduates will be transferred into a role within the same discipline, but not necessarily the same business area.
  • We have a total of 5 graduate opportunities available in London all of which will require travel to various site locations across the HS2 line of route.
