  • Have you recently, or are you soon to be graduating from a quantity surveying, construction management, or similar degree course? We have an opportunity for someone wishing to develop their skills in client facing activities providing a wide range of quantity surveying services. You will have the opportunity to participate, support and lead in a variety of projects within the residential, education, retail, commercial, and leisure sectors.


  • Relevant degree in a surveying, or similar RICS accredited course
  • Ideally experience or knowledge of the building and construction industry
  • A desire to becoming an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Construction & Surveying


  • Preparation of cost estimates
  • Advise on costs involved in building projects
  • Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals
  • Advise on contract arrangements and conditions under which building will be constructed
  • Evaluation of tenders and reporting thereon
  • Provide advice on implications of different construction methods, materials etc
  • Prepare bills of quantities
  • Managing the procurement and tendering process to select the best contractor for the project.
  • Managing the commercial aspects of projects on site including valuations of work complete, assessments of variations and the preparation of final accounts.
