Description

  • The Solutions Support role is part of a global team based in Dallas, Manchester and Sydney. You will work with clients globally in response to their day-to-day enquiries splitting your time between supporting and advising clients. Support may be as simple as answering a question on how to find a specific function, or as complex as finding the root cause of a problem.

Requirements

  • An interest in the financial world and technology associated with it
  • Great attention to detail and ability to logically troubleshoot problems
  • Organized, able to multi-task, and have positive attitude to achieve deadlines
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good presentations skills (preparation and delivery)
  • UK Eligibility:
  • We’re now hiring for 2024 full time roles. We’re looking for final year students who are working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent), and due to complete their studies and be available for a full-time role commencing in 2024.
  • To be eligible for our UK Graduate positions you must have the right to work full-time now and in the future. We currently do not offer visa sponsorship; however, we do run our programs in several locations across the globe and welcome you to consider those that are relevant to you.

Responsibilities

  • Receive customer support requests and provide advice and guidance to clients to resolve the reported problem with appropriate quality and timeliness
  • Engage with clients to understand their workflows and make recommendations where required
  • Interacting with clients and colleagues to ensure accurate and timely information flows
  • Support, monitor and troubleshoot Client environments
  • Investigating and documenting existing procedures and make recommendations for improvement
  • What’s in it for you:

  • Gain understanding of Solutions’ products such as thinkFolio/EDM/WSO and their usage by clients
  • Develop technical skills such as SQL
