What qualifications are required for the Graduate Urban Designer position?
Candidates must hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related subject.
Is work experience required for this position?
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture is advantageous but not essential, as you will be learning on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Are work-sponsored visas supported for this position?
No, due to changes in Government Legislation, we are not able to support work-sponsored visas.
What kind of projects will I be working on as a Graduate Urban Designer?
You will work on a variety of projects and schemes, supporting conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs, and design strategies for developers and private clients.

When can graduates expect to start working?
We are flexible with start dates throughout Summer / Autumn 2025, but graduates need to start by the beginning of October 2025 to commence on the Graduate Scheme.
