  • Grafik, Kommunikations-Design oder Werbetechnik war der Schwerpunkt deiner Ausbildung und / oder du hast erste Erfahrungen in einer Werbeagentur oder einem Designbüro gesammelt. Inneneinrichtung und alles, was zu einem Zuhause gehört, sind deine große Passion.
  • Es macht dir Spaß, in einem zukunftsorientierten Einzelhandelsumfeld zu arbeiten und deine grafische Fachkompetenz in der Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg*innen und externen Partnern einzusetzen.
  • Du bist kreativ und praxisorientiert. Du hast ein Gespür für Typografie und Ästhetik sowie handwerkliches Grundverständnis.
  • Der Umgang mit den gängigen Software- und Produktionstools im grafischen Bereich ist dir vertraut. Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere Illustrator und InDesign, sowie in verschiedenen Drucker- und Plottertechniken.
  • Gelegentliche Dienstreisen in geringem Umfang zur Unterstützung bei Neu- und Umbauten in einem anderen IKEA Einrichtungshaus – deutschlandweit oder auch international – siehst du als Bereicherung an. Du verfügst über Englisch-Grundkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

  • Mit deinen gestalterischen Fähigkeiten trägst du zur Umsetzung des IKEA Konzepts und der Richtlinien der visuellen Identität im Einrichtungshaus bei, so dass unsere Kund*innen immer die Einzigartigkeit der Marke IKEA erkennen.
  • Durch deine grafischen Lösungen und starken visuellen Botschaften unterstützt du die Sortimentspräsentation, inspirierst unsere Kund*innen und vereinfachst ihren Kaufprozess.
  • Dein Tätigkeitsbereich ist sehr vielseitig: Du erstellst Medien und druckfertige Layouts, Folienplotts und Schilder für die Kommunikation im Einrichtungshaus. Ein wichtiger Teil deiner Arbeit findet direkt im Verkaufsraum statt, u.a. bei der Montage von Produktkommunikation, Wegleitsystemen, Beschilderungen, Kommunikation bei Umbauten etc.
  • Dein Fachwissen gibst du an deine Kolleg*innen im Einrichtungshauses weiter und unterstützt sie darin, das visuelle Erscheinungsbild von IKEA einzuhalten.
  • Du hältst dich auf dem neuesten Stand über aktuelle Kommunikations- und Designtrends. Dein Wissen über das Kaufverhalten der Menschen am lokalen Markt nutzt du, um den Kommunikationsauftritt inner- und außerhalb des IKEA Einrichtungshauses immer weiter zu verbessern.
