Responsibilities

  • Understand the company's overall concept, including our brands, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of services
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver compelling creative within tight deadlines while multitasking on various projects
  • Plan and execute new projects under the supervision of Creative Director
  • Build creative for new product launches, sales collateral, email campaigns, and more
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
  • Study creative briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters, vendors, and creative director to produce a final design as required
  • Deliver graphic design work on assigned projects: creative conception, sketching, animation design, feedback, iteration, and final delivery that are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Manage and adhere to strict timelines for the production of graphics
  • Navigate your own priorities and time on projects of various sizes from concept to completion
  • Manage and review design work from external agencies
