Responsibilities

  • Produce impactful graphics and branded materials both print and digital including brochures, leaflets, adverts, events materials, social media content, website graphics, other internal assets etc.
  • Manage print production on materials (desirable but not essential)
  • Execute your work to a high standard.
  • Work with the Creative Advisor to develop concepts and ideas.
  • Assist with video filming (experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Editing videos and create animations on Adobe After Effect and Premiere
  • Utilise and manage our other design software packages including Foleon and MARQ alongside the Creative Lead (no experience needed)
  • Taking briefs and create assets primarily from the Creative Lead and Marketing& Business Development team, including daily tasks such as social media static and animated. Support the Creative Lead on collection of assets for BAU activities such as imagery, email and website assets.
  • Work within brand guidelines and be a gatekeeper for them, monitoring design work being created across the business.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Bids team with capability statements and tender design, in Word, PowerPoint and InDesign.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Events team with PowerPoint presentation design.
  • Stay on top of creative trends and share ideas with the Creative Lead and Marketing team.
  • Communicate openly and effectively, ensuring timely updates on work to the Creative Lead.
  • Manage your own workload and priorities, responding to urgent work in good time.
  • Maintain organised filing of all work, ensuring easy retrieval if required.
