Responsibilities

  • The successful applicant will work as part of a triumvirate to deliver the strategic ambitions of the Trust.
  • The post holder will be accountable for the performance of their Care Group alongside the Group Director of Nursing and Group Medical Director in delivering national and local health care priorities, ensuring clinical quality, delivery of all constitutional standards, patient safety, finance and improving patient and staff experience.
