  • Accountable for the business commercial performance, through proactive strategic planning and value propositions.

  • Accountable for client relations and communications.
  • Collaborative relationship with regional SME leads - Finance, Culinary, Marketing, HR, L&D
  • Driver for optimal PVI scoring
  • Instill Excel for Growth strategy
  • Maximise contract retention and upselling in area of responsibility
  • Reinforce the Aramark ethos and Education and Healthcare strategy within area of responsibility
  • Responsible for Health & Safety / Food Safety requirements in line with aramark policies and procedures.
