Responsibilities

  • Help manage and optimize a $XM budget to generate outsized growth in SEM for our Core HR products
  • Own day-to-day execution for a large set of Core SEM campaigns, managing bids, budgets, keywords, and more with high attention to detail
  • Build an efficiency-focused experimentation roadmap to test new approaches and tactics within SEM, leveraging new platform tools, bidding and keyword strategies, and ad content
  • Collaborate with business line marketing managers, reporting performance trends, brainstorming improvements, and iterating together to drive better outcomes
  • Partner with our WebOps team to experiment with new landing page content, format, and designs, improving conversion from click to lead
