Responsibilities

  • Mission 1: Cash monitoring
  • Conduct cash monitoring for full scope of GTR affiliates, analysing root causes, identifying risks/ opportunities, and proposing cash flow optimisation measures
  • Manage GTR reporting/forecast modeling and analysis (Direct and Indirect methodologies)
  • Prepare business management reports for GTR leadership team as well PR HQ and participate in strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Operations departments to align cash forecasts with operational KPIs
  • Drive process improvements and digital transformation projects
  • Mission 2: Accounting & Consolidation
  • Manage accounting (including cash) for TR EMEA, TR AMERICAS, and GTR Central team
  • For total GTR scope, ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory laws, regulations and PR Group guidelines (incl. principles for Mutualised Organisations such as Mutor, internal recharging process) as well as drive accounting changes / process enhancements
  • Manage relationships with statutory external auditors
  • Ensure accurate financial submissions and compliance with IFRS / Group accounting standards
  • Mission 3: Internal Control/Audit Responsibilities
  • Design and review internal controls roadmap and annual action plans
  • Lead internal control (incl. LSF) and audit missions, coordinating with PRHQ audit team
  • Communicate audit conclusions to the Senior Leadership team and further stakeholders and initiate projects strengthening GTR internal control (manage GTR Audit & Risk Committee)
  • Promote internal control awareness and compliance through training and communication
  • Monitor GTR Insurance and collaborate with the Legal team on compliance matters
