Responsibilities

  • - Uncover deep human and societal tensions that feed the creation of growth/equity platforms and consumer manifestos.
  • - Design develop and lead implementation of competitively superior frameworks to unlock growth opportunities across the Healthy Nutrition categories.
  • - Generate and evolve annual ‘learning plan’ in alignment with Leadership team for each category to close knowledge gaps.
  • - Lead recommendations to effectively impact marketing strategy, innovation pipeline, execution strategy.
  • - Accountable for all ad hoc Brand-led primary research across positioning, innovation and communications and co-build strategy with relevant Category Directors/Heads.
  • - Accountable for all market, consumer, shopper, category and channel ad hoc primary research projects.
  • - Oversee management of all external research and insight agencies; identify agile, innovative and value-added research methodologies and analytical approaches which lead to smarter decision making across all areas of the business.
  • - Accountable for analysis and reviews of Market and Category trends which harmonise various sources of insight and data to generate compelling narratives which provoke and inspire.
  • - Accountable for delivery of key inputs like category forecasting and in-market performance analysis in GPS, AOP and Strategic Planning Process.
  • - Manage the Healthy Nutrition Strategy and Insights team and develop strong relationships with local/global stakeholders.
