What is the role of the Head of Instore Excellence?
The Head of Instore Excellence is responsible for leading a team to drive excellence in merchandising execution, improving the shopper experience, and driving category and brand growth for the Consumer Products Division.

You will be leading a team of five.

Key responsibilities include leading temporary merchandising vision, ensuring brand expression in POS, optimizing GTM strategy, tracking POS execution, mentoring team on shopper intelligence, and managing field execution priorities.

Prior experience in Brand, Customer/Trade Marketing, Merchandising, or similar fields is required.
