Responsibilities

  • Lead the Temporary merchandising vision of our brands in store.
  • Ensure brand expression in the Temporary POS to improve shopper experience.
  • Own agency relationships and tenders in conjunction with Procurement.
  • Improve our GTM strategy through process optimisation (e.g. POS streamlining and simplification, building 3C WOWs and RASCI).
  • Initiate and integrate Temp POS execution tracking into existing divisional processes to ensure divisional focus on Perfect Store principles and in store compliance.
  • Deep knowledge of shopper intelligence to mentor and coach team to design best in class merchandising solutions across different channels.
  • Support the Field Merch planning and task management with BIG to deliver CPD execution priorities and $MS ambitions.
  • Accountable for Temp POS in store compliance and BIG field budget, ensuring accurate management of the budget and reporting to Finance.
