Responsibilities

  • - In this role you will be responsible for the sales of lending products, like term loans, overdrafts and financial lease, towards small business and in collaboration with business intermediaries.
  • - You make it possible for small business owners in The Netherlands to grow and manage their business with the help of business credit.
  • - You will be leading 3 teams of 13 FTE in total split towards Digital Sales (5 FTE), Remote Sales (3 FTE) and Business Intermediaries (5 FTE).
  • - You manage the quantity and quality of sales leads and sales conversion per channel.
  • - You are data-driven and eager to dive into details to improve the micro conversions.
  • - You closely collaborate with the product departments (Business Lending and Lease) and the Remote Advice sales teams.
  • - You have a strong customer and data-driven mindset towards customer journeys and their digital sales funnels.
  • - Together with the team you constantly improve the performance marketing, looking into things like campaigns performance SEA, SEO and CTR.
  • - You attract traffic to the ING Business website (organic/paid), provide relevant content and facilitate orientation towards application journeys.
  • - Further build the 'Easy Banking' lending proposition whereby a suitable offering needs to meet the needs of Self-Employed and Micro companies.
  • - Not only creating a strategic answer on the rise of non-traditional competitors, but the actual execution as well.
  • - You take the lead in the development of the business intermediary proposition, the relationship management towards key intermediary chains and other relevant market parties.
  • - You take a leading role to fully utilize the sales potential of the new intermediary service model.
  • - You speak up and represent small business in a wide range of stakeholders discussions including pricing and credit risk.
