Responsibilities

  • Structure Oversight:
  • Support the functions and People and Culture Director in the Strategic Workforce planning.
  • Set and manage headcount budget in collaboration with Finance and P&C. Oversee local unit budgets, including approval and monthly tracking. Set and manage the headcount.
  • Establish organizational metrics and benchmarking.
  • Maintain, monitor, and optimize local hierarchical structures, and liaise with program staffing and positions to ensure the achievement of results and efficiency.
  • Maintain business units, functional groups, families, positions, jobs, and ordinals in order to make sure reporting is aligned with Group requirements, collaborating with Control Management.
  • Manage country structures in Workday and other corresponding systems. Collaborate with the Group’s Organization function in order to be aligned with the organizational attributes.
  • Agile Organizational Models and HR Governance:
  • Ensure agile processes and organizational models align with the company's and Group's guidelines while considering regulatory requirements.
  • Establish Agile Organizational Reference Models.
  • Implement Group and Regulatory guidelines using agile practices.
  • Define and manage elements of HR Governance within an agile context.
  • Develop and revise agile processes, procedures, and communications on Organization and HR Governance matters.
  • Efficiency and Homogeneity:
  • Structure, staffing, and positions of ODS meet efficiency and homogeneity criteria within an agile environment.
  • Digitalize and implement the approval position process, monitor that all petitions follow the process.
  • Automatize a system to track and control the position approved in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Define roles, categories, and responsibilities for each position.
  • In collaboration with Compensation, review and standardize leveling criteria across the company and the Group.
  • Collaborate in Group or unit projects related to efficiency.
  • HR Governance:
  • Collaborate with Legal Counsel and the Group/RCB HR Governance Area to establish the HR Governance model for ODS.
  • Provide support in the design and development of the necessary elements, including internal regulations, committees, functions, and relevant roles, ensuring their coherence.
