Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for the end-to-end Property new originations platform journey business outcomes, working with the Product Delivery team on the road map, definition and prioritisation of new functionality for delivery to drive the Property business benefits
  • Work closely with several key business SMEs across Property and Customer Experience Operational teams, to ensure high level design is aligned to the key business outcomes
  • Take responsibility to ensure that the business and technical SMEs are fully engaged and aligned in the end-to-end approach to drive the best possible design and consequently business outcomes
  • Take ownership for the sign off of the Design on behalf of the Property business, having reviewed the detail from both a strategic and business outcome perspective
  • Oversee the delivery of compelling propositions via product features on behalf of the Property business, aligned to the new platform road map and targeted outcomes
  • Be commercially aware of value to customers and internal efficiency, designing solutions to maximise
