Responsibilities

  • Proposition strategy – Lead development of brand new products, services and ultimately propositions that underpin our entry into new growth markets. Your recommendations will be underpinned by customer, market & competitor insights.
  • Pricing and packaging – Define portfolio pricing & packaging, developing, and testing alternative concepts with the view to make a clear recommendation for how we take to market.
  • Product development – Lead product development teams with prioritisation and development of roadmap, ensuring delivery of commercial and proposition objectives.
  • Change casing – Lead development of business cases, working closely with commercial & finance teams, considering both broader business and bottom line financial benefits and risks.
  • Go to Market – Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop GTM plans and briefs for product and proposition changes and how they are delivered.
  • Managing change – Be the business owner for driving proposition changes working closely with technology, billing, and operational teams.
  • Future orientated – Develops perspective on how the market landscape might evolve in the future and Sky can be best positioned to capitalise.
