Responsibilities

  • Develop & implement learning, talent development and digital dexterity strategies.
  • Design & oversee programs for learning, development and digital dexterity ensuring these enable the digital strategy.
  • Lead initiatives to:
  • Foster a learning culture providing for learning paths and related programs
  • Grow talent and develop leadership capabilities
  • Create digital dexterity product line
  • Standardization of platform learning methodologies and practices
  • Manage and co-ordinate learning programs across DD&T including ICCs, ensuring programs meet business needs.
  • This role will be a member of multiple senior level councils and program steering committees to help shape agendas, prioritize resource allocations and advocate for DD&T employees. These include the HR Talent Council, Takeda Governance Council (TGov), DD&T Talent Council, Global Learning Leaders, Integration/Acquisition/Divestures Core Team and Digital Workplace Council.
  • Maintain cross functional relationships with relevant parties to support the organizations goals. Collaborate with HR, Talent Development and other teams to meet DD&T’s objectives.
  • Provide methodologies, tools and templates to enable standardization of best practice within these disciplines across DD&T.
  • Maintain relevant programs (e.g. Learning)
  • Define and measure success metrics to monitor progress
  • Lead a dedicated team of practitioners, setting clear objectives, encouraging professional growth, and coaching them to establish a best in class learning and development capability.
  • This role encompasses both strategic leadership and execution of activities and services as required. Leading by example and setting high standards for teams across the DD&T organization.
  • Provide guidance on best practice as required.
