What is the shift pattern for the Health and Safety Practitioner position?
The shift pattern for this position is dayshift Monday to Friday, with a flexible blended approach between home and site depending on activity. A condensed 4-day working week with a rolling day off is also available subject to agreement.
What qualifications are required for this role?
Candidates should be educated to the National Examination Board of Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) diploma or equivalent and hold or be working towards Chartered Membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Alternatively, candidates with degree level qualifications and the NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent will also be considered.
Is experience in healthcare essential for this position?
Experience in implementing and auditing Health and Safety Management Systems in highly regulated sectors such as Healthcare is desirable but not essential.
