Responsibilities

  • Have primary accountability for building and executing a business strategy to meet stated growth, retention and staffing goals within our middle market segment in MNY
  • Partner with MNY senior leadership to identify needs and opportunities across segment to support client strategy, growth, and colleague development
  • Manage local middle market new business pipeline and sales opportunities - working closely with Producers, Senior Sellers, Lead Relationship Managers, H&B Market and Region Leaders and Community Leaders
  • Serve as a “player/coach,” generating new business development opportunities while enhancing, through coaching or hiring, local middle market business development and client management capabilities
  • Build external WTW middle market brand presence within the MNY market (e.g., participate in local affinity groups; host local marketing events; network in local talent market)
  • Develop client strategies to build, retain, and grow profitable relationships including identification of cross-business sales opportunities
  • Support the dissemination of Sales and Insights & Commercialization outputs
  • Work collaboratively with other H&B leaders to develop and execute on our middle market sales, delivery and talent strategies in MNY
  • Support middle market talent pipeline within the MNY market
  • Support strategic staffing plans with appropriate leverage models to optimize client management initiatives within the middle market segment
  • Build colleague engagement in the market
  • Ensure adherence to WTW Ways of Working
  • Work with MNY Market Leader, local Geography Leaders and other local Market Leaders to execute the MNY (Geography) growth plan, with a focus on H&B priorities and initiatives
  • Support local market adherence to H&B Excellence Model
  • Serve as People Manager for senior colleagues and producers
  • Work with MNY Leadership to support business operations including adherence to financial management and utilization of technology
