Responsibilities

  • Partner with Leadership to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
  • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
  • Assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
  • Network and build long-lasting candidate relationships on behalf of Atlantic Health System
  • Know your area of expertise (specialized industry or job function)
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Monitors staffing metrics including, but not limited to: Number of Positions Filled, Time to Fill, Source of Hire, Offer/Acceptance, and other internal measurements and standards that drive an effective talent acquisition process
