Responsibilities

  • Supporting Responsibilities: Acting as a Slack subject Matter Expert, providing training and support to resources and assisting with roster reconciliation. Supporting all unique customer workflows utilizing the HESI Compass product. Assisting with scheduling coaches (back-up). Assisting with issues associate to HESI Compass Coach payments (back-up). Supporting the Nurse Faculty Manager and HESI Coaches with administrating needs and onboarding paperwork (back-up).
  • Communicating Responsibilities: Coordinating and fulfilling communication requirement with HESI coaches and school faculty within defined workflow. Verifying enrollment in communication channels and courses IDs. Communicating course launch process and all associated steps to customers. Assisting with managing all HESI Compass shared mailboxes and responding to questions from internal and external stakeholders. Leading meetings with internal team to assess implementation status, operational updates, and weekly school issues. Assisting with managing MS Teams sites, documentation, and workflow dashboards.
  • Supporting HESI Compass Course: Knowledgeable and able to support all aspects of the HESI Compass deliverables. Ensuring all implementation steps required to launch course are followed. Maintaining a database of upcoming class starts for new cohorts. Ensuring all course dates and deadlines are maintained. Managing billing related to cohort count and enrollment status, managing all aspects of HESI Exam set-up, ensuring they are linked to the appropriate Evolve course. Responding to student inquiries via the mailbox or Slack channel regarding enrollment or testing dates. Troubleshoot issues students encounter access the various portions of the course.
