What are the responsibilities associated with this position?
Responsibilities include accepting patient referrals, assessing and planning appropriate oxygen therapy, performing and acting on results from ambulatory oxygen assessments, reviewing existing oxygen therapy and care plans, and conducting community visits to patients on the Virtual Ward.
