  • You must have several years of experience working as a Personal Assistant for VIPs
  • You have experience in handling administrative and financial aspects of this responsibility
  • You have worked in an international purview from a wide perspective
  • You are extremely reactive in conflict resolution and handling last-minute arrangements
  • You are a strong multitasker, detail and result-oriented person
  • You are very well organized and have the ability to deal with pressure and time constraints

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the client while he is traveling. This position is an active Personal Assistant position.
  • You would be required to travel with the Principal as required.
  • Assisting the client with all his demands regarding the organization of his agenda
  • Taking care of booking the flight tickets
  • Taking care of booking the luggages
  • Taking care of booking the hotel rooms
  • Preparing for the client's business meetings
  • Assisting the client when he needs to do shopping
  • Booking/making reservations for restaurants
  • Additional administrative tasks as would be defined by the client during the interview

Yes, this is a live-in position with dedicated accommodation provided by the employer.
