Responsibilities

  • Process prospective / new hire paperwork and related documentation
  • Actively support the staffing and recruiting effort for the facility by helping people leaders create and post jobs, review applications, and schedule interviews
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the internal Hourly job movement process
  • Construct Hourly interview panels for scheduling; print applicable materials
  • Process employee disciplinary paperwork and schedule exit interviews
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Assist as an employee liaison regarding benefits
  • Maintain interview selection material and ensure data is compliant and appropriate record keeping is maintained
  • Assist with planning and coordinating companywide activities that encourage and build a strong team environment
  • Maintain holiday and shift calendars for the site
  • Maintain staffing information/ HR metrics
  • Promote positive associate relations by coordinating recognition programs and events
  • Manage administrative processes including probationary reviews and training tracking
  • Act as resource to employees on human resources policies and procedures
  • Draft written correspondence and site communications
  • Maintain electronic filing system (i.e., BOX): uploading and organizing/5S
  • Assist with research for HR-related projects & initiatives
  • Coordination of site visits/ agenda setting
  • Other duties as assigned by HR Team and/or Plant Leader
