You will work closely with regional HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, and HR Admins across different areas of the business.
What types of HR processes will I be involved in?
You will be involved in processes related to new starter checks, maternity, paternity & parental requests, AWOL processes, return to work interviews, probation management, and Right To Work checks.
What qualities are we looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, demonstrate sound judgment, and balance coaching with challenging to drive great outcomes.
Do I need prior HR experience for this position?
Ideally, you should currently sit in an HR administrator role, preferably in retail or hospitality, and be looking to expand your experience and knowledge.
