Responsibilities

  • Dealing with various HR queries
  • Liaising with the Lateral and Campus Recruiting teams on all European IB recruitment activity, providing guidance on compensation and regulatory aspects of hiring
  • Liaising with HR Operations, Payroll and Benefits on IB related matters
  • Preparing HR documentation (contracts of employment, change of employment terms letters, probation letters) and providing guidance on those documents to prospective/current employees
  • Liaising with Employment Legal where necessary
  • Supporting year-end and mid-year performance evaluation processes
  • Supporting various aspects of the Compensation process by implementing necessary system changes, updating process documents, conducting audits, and completing other ad hoc requirements
  • Conducting the 90 days’ check-in process for new hires
  • Running and analysing reports
  • Ad hoc project work
