Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of people operations administrative tasks including but not limited to: new hires, employment changes, job postings, data entry etc.
  • Run and follow up on cyclical audits and reporting.
  • Manage paper inquires for HR data requests (unemployment claims, disability claims, wage garnishments, etc.).
  • Assist with various tasks and projects throughout multiple systems: HRIS, ATS, MS Office, LMS, Smartsheet etc.
  • Learn and Grow A LOT!!
