Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR monthly cost center budgets, including actual and accrual reviews. Ensure budget compliance, oversee reclassifications, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Review and manages the HR invoice approval process, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Collaborate with HR and office leadership to regularly review budget performance and spending.
  • Develop and maintain compensation models and tools to support forecasting and tracking for year-end compensation cycles. Provide cost analyses, salary increase budget data, and compensation scenarios during budget cycles. Manage compensation reports, including pay range market increases, audit files, accruals, and year-end financial impact reports.
  • Oversee credit card reconciliation for HR and company-wide travel-related expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct research and review existing contracts to identify efficiencies or cost-saving opportunities and provide insights on internal and external influences affecting budget and compensation. Lead and participate in special projects, including process improvements and organizational initiatives, as assigned.
