Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal consultant with global HR and business stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing technical expertise and developing sustainable solutions and improvements
  • Configure, maintain and enhance the Workday system, ensuring optimal system performance, data integrity and compliance with evolving regulations
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, providing guidance and support to end-users and resolving system-related issues
  • Provide daily system support and monitor overall system performance, ensuring optimal functionality to meet the needs of business
  • Serve as the application administrator, managing user security, permissions, and performing regular audits
  • Review, configure, and enhance business processes within Workday to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Develop and implement new modules, features, and system integrations to enhance system performance in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
  • Create, maintain and improve custom reports, dashboards and analytics working proactively with end users to support strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials
  • Work cross-functionally on HR technology projects, including upgrades, implementations of new features, and integrations with other systems
  • Actively mitigate risk by developing data audit protocols and conducting regular audits for compliance
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards, including any relevant regulatory requirements
  • Participate in Workday's semi-annual release process, proactively managing change with end users and process owners to address critical impacts and upcoming enhancement opportunities
  • Continuously increase technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums to ensure optimal utilization of Workday
