  • You will be a strategic partner to team leads serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to the employee lifecycle

  • You will consult and coach team leads on talent development, team engagement, retention, and team leadership. You will assist in creating meaningful development plans, understanding team dynamics, and providing support in challenging situations.
  • You are accompanying regular people development processes like feedback and performance reviews, development talks, learning opportunities and exit interviews.
  • You make talent development and retention a central focus of your work, aiming to contribute to Emma's long-term success by maintaining a high density of exceptional talent within our organization.
  • You work closely with other P&O sub-teams such as Culture, Learning, and People Operations, both locally and globally, to ensure a cohesive and positive people experience for all team members at our company.
