Requirements

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Sozial-/Geisteswissenschaften oder vergleichbar mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
  • Du blickst auf mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner, Personalreferent o.ä. zurück
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Know-how im Arbeitsrecht sowie in der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen
  • Du überzeugst durch deine selbstständige, strukturierte und vor allem lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du verstehst dich als Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent und bist ausgewiesener Teamplayer
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Responsibilities

  • Du berätst unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden bedarfs- und lösungsorientiert in arbeitsrechtlichen und personalbezogenen Fragen und bist erster Ansprechpartner zu allen HR-relevanten Themen
  • Du unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden in deinem Betreuungsbereich in allen Phasen ihrer persönlichen und fachlichen Entwicklung (Onboarding, Kompetenz- oder Karriereentwicklung, usw.)
  • Du unterstützt und coachst unsere Führungskräfte bei der Organisation ihrer Teams und der Lösung ihrer Probleme (z.B. Identifizierung und Bindung von Talenten, Karrierepfade, Vergütung, arbeitsrechtliche und disziplinarische Fragen)
  • Du arbeitest in allen strategischen Fragen eng mit den Führungskräften aus People & Culture, aus den einzelnen Fachbereichen sowie mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und treibst die Harmonisierung und Professionalisierung unserer Prozesse im Bereich People & Culture voran
  • Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen People & Culture und Fachbereichen und hast stets die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Abläufe und Zusammenarbeit im Blick
  • Du konzipierst und koordinierst HR-Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Business Partnern, den Kolleg*innen aus den Bereichen Recruiting, People Services & Health sowie dem Betriebsrat
