  • Attend recruiting events as assigned on behalf of Cru.
  • Post and remove RMO roles on the RMO Job Board for U.S. Capacity.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, check references, request background checks, and process new hire paperwork (I-9, W-2, etc.)
  • Support field ministries in hiring and onboarding as assigned.
  • Process Staff Change Requests (SCRs) and ensure that records are maintained and forwarded to Personnel Records as requested.
  • Serve alongside the Intern Coordinator to execute logistics of Preview Weekend. Provide logistical help for quarterly new hire gatherings in U.S. Capacity.
  • Participate in team meetings and working groups.
