Requirements

  • Relevant multi-year working experience within HR in a similar function.
  • Advanced degree such as M.Sc. or MBA in business sciences, management, or organizational psychology or similar. CIPD certification or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead by influencing and strong negotiation skills.
  • Aptitude for transparently addressing and following up on feedback from employees and customers.
  • Outstanding communication and moderation skills, feels comfortable being on stage for internal and external audience (e.g. setting up all-employee meetings, mass communication, press).
  • Extensive knowledge of local legislation.
  • Enthusiastic and proficient in leveraging social media for employee communication and engagement.
  • Approachable and enjoys receiving direct feedback, feeling motivated by appreciation or critique.
  • Project Management skills and a structured, strategic mindset.
  • English fluency, plus German language skills are an advantage.

  • Represent the voice of HR in the country and act as Head of People & Culture in Ireland.
  • Deliver an outstanding and innovative people experiences by demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence, including:
  • Embrace the Global People Strategy.
  • Brand SAP as most attractive employer in the country, through an outstanding employee value proposition.
  • Foster an environment of belonging and inclusion.
  • Nurture relationship with the social partners in Ireland
  • Manage local, legal, regulatory policies, and compliance matters.
  • Embody the importance of leadership and employee engagement for a hybrid workforce.
  • Act as link between social well-being, mental health, and business priorities.
  • Provide a flex work and a digital workplace experience that is simple, intuitive, and connected.
  • Strategically align with L1 Board Area HRBP leads to ensure one voice to our business leaders.
  • Drive a consolidated location strategy.
  • Secure & develop SAP Culture and Values and act as cultural ambassador at all times.
  • Establish employee networks to maintain a permanent connection with employees and to understand their current needs and overall mood.
  • Act as interface for Global HR pillars (total rewards, talent attraction, SAP learning, people relations etc), key stakeholders such as the local communications team, facilities- and security representatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Directors in the EMEA region to then drive regional projects within the area of People & Culture.
