Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners in providing HR related service and support to employees and managers in all day-to-day actions and inquiries that arise.
  • Utilize broad knowledge of HR policies to field and resolve HR inquiries through email, in-person visits, and the HR ticketing system.
  • Execute various HR processes utilizing our HRIS and other relevant systems including processing job changes, manager changes, one time reward and recognition payments and other employee data requests that need updated.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and lead new hire onboarding activities to support a positive and welcoming experience. Help coordinate employee training programs and career development initiatives.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, helping to resolve conflicts professionally ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policy. Support investigations as needed.
  • Create engaging HR content for company presentations and communications, including updating HR intranet pages and message boards.
  • Participate and support employee engagement activities and wellness events, as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute reporting using company HRIS and payroll/timekeeping systems as needed.
  • Act as a company liaison, supporting HR in addressing miscellaneous needs of visitors and guests.
